Dynamic Energy Value Stream Monitoring

Quick changes in production planning and process parameters can be applied and benchmarked dynamically with lean and green KPIs through real-time energy metering concepts. The Dynamic Energy Value Stream Mapping is developed from the static extended Energy Value Stream Mapping method that is fed from realtime (dynamic) data sources. With this new dynamic evaluation method based on an industrial hardware solution (metering and monitoring of relevant energy flows in the process chain), an ad hoc transparency and live evaluation of conventional, throughput and material flow oriented production parameters (lean) and energetic as well as environmental parameters (green) becomes possible.
