Customer Feedback Gathering Tool for robotics equipment and maintenance service
Summary

The mobile device application allows the customers to evaluate the products and the complementary services, such as maintenance, through a series of questions that aim to capture their opinion on the product and its modules. The feedback is then sent to the OEM, together with customer personal details, and is used to analyze product modules performance. 3D models are used to present the different products and product’s modules. Through this 3D visualization, the user can easily select different product’s modules and provide feedback on them.
