The UCD Centre of Micro/Nano Manufacturing Technology (MNMT-Dublin) is specializing in design and manufacturing of medical devices and bio-implants, design and manufacturing of freeform optics and visual optics, as well as high precision manufacturing and metrology. MNMT-Dublin also carries out research on Atomic and Close-to-atomic Scale Manufacturing (ACSM), and has made significant progress in the field. While the MNMT-Dublin has been focusing on fundamental studies and process investigations, it has also developed extensive applications in various industrial sectors.  The centre welcomes collaborations from academics and industrial partners.
