Public Consultation - MiE 25-27 Priorities (input is publicly available)
Comment:

Human-technology interaction and in particular the collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence are likely to lead to a decentralization of decision-making and capabilities across organisations and nodes of supply networks. This implies empowering stakeholders, e.g. employees, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, customers, to make decisions autonomously based on real-time information availability and context. It will be important to understand how continuing transformation will involve bottom-up driven changes in both strategic and operational management.

Comment:

It will be important to consider individual attitudes towards technology use and upskilling etc. All humans are different and psychological aspects play a vital role. This will influence the transformation of both jobs and organisations and the possibilities of granting greater autonomy to employees.
