With a local company, INDRESMAT, that has developed a MVP technology for the manufacturing of 100% polyurethane frames, our low energy consuming technology combined with the integration of bio-based formulation will enable a large production of low C-footprint (near the wooden frame) and highly efficient windows and doors, making this a competitive product compared to high energy consuming extrusion processes of PVC and Aluminium frames. Together with a large-scale production capacity and a low energy consumption, a key differential feature of our technology is its versatility towards an automated manufacturing process allowing a production-on-demand without large storage capacity requirements.
