- Productivity increase: reduction of the fixturing set up time, automatic adjustment tasks by means of the adaptive fixtures.
- Compensation of detected deviations in real time
Progress/Features up to month 32:
- Conceptual Design of both intelligent fixtures for Phase 1 and 2.
- Final design for the Intelligent fixture for Phase 2
- Definition, manufacturing, testing and validation of the actuator -with the test bench.
- Development of the control algorithms for position adjustments
