The Modeling Wiki for Subject-oriented people-centred Production

Summary
Workplace design and re-design may address different aspects (e.g., the physical work environment, work procedures and instruments) and may originate from different reference points (e.g., workplace requirements like norms or standards, process model designs or insights gained at process execution time). Providing suggestions for re-design purposes demands for the involvement, discussion and participation of workers in a collaborative way to achieve the objective of improving the workplaces. Supporting collaboration requires enabling the awareness of the workers on the colleagues' suggestions and ideas, as well as fostering the communication of choices and decisions. This demonstrators aims to support the collaborative collection of semi-structured input for further analysis as, for instance, impact analysis and change propagation features supporting workplace re-design. The tool aims to empower workers as well as managers to contribute to people-centred workplace designs.
