Shearing machine simulator module (virtual machine)

Motivation / Need: Specific machinery models, as each machine has slightly different characteristics so there is a need for customizing the theoretical model according to real energy consumption data. Application Area: Applicable to production planning and machine set-up. Solution Concept: This module is able to simulate in a very accurate way the operation of a Shearing Machine and predict time and energy usage amongst others. Partner has expressed interest in commercializing the Shearing Machine simulator module.
