ICT-Platform connecting supply and demand of reusable parts

The main feature of the platform:

• showcase the availability of parts, being them:
  • reusable parts disassembled and certified by the SMM (mobile dismantling an testing services);
  • parts disassembled form ELVs, that can be acquired by companies in the re-use chains for remanufacturing and recycling;
  • remanufactured and recycled parts produced in the supply chain, that can be acquired by repair/maintenance service companies, OEMs, components suppliers and companies operating in other supply chains;
• manage orders, delivery and tracking of the parts, exploiting eventual bidding mechanisms;
• show customers’ demand (requests for quotation), which may trigger operations of the reuse chain;
• book the service of the SMMs and manage their optimal routing considering orders and the availability/location of post-use E&HEVs;
• select a logistics partner that has the necessary permits to handle that specific type of part;
• provide a map and a search engine for locations where the end-of-live EV can be returned;
• elaborate statistics, exploiting big data managed in the platform and by the SMMs, allowing to build consolidated knowledge on post-use E&EHVs.
