Summary
A tool that generates the workplace layout for human robot collaboration, based on multiple criteria evaluation in order to select the proper alternative layout evaluation. The proposal of a good layout generation is based on the multiple criteria that the user defines. In parallel, it is developed to reduce significantly the time for generating the layout alternatives for the Human Robot workplaces. Moreover, evaluation of ergonomics and possibility to simulate solution for estimated cycle times in 3D simulation tools. These tools visualize the result including assembly tables, fixtures, robots, humans and parts. As an outcome, the user/ engineer/designer needs to provide a minimal input as possible.
