Summary
The FAR-EDGE Factory Automation Platform is an integrated system based on Edge, Cloud, IoT and CPS principles. It brings together assets developed as part of the project's IT research, like Edge State Sharing, Edge Data Analytics, Intelligent Self-Configuration, Automation Workflow Management and Simulation Services. The Platform is exposed to manufacturing applications and legacy Enterprise Systems through a Cloud-based Open API.
