Summary
The LIAA smartwatch application is a portable UI interface that allows the bilateral communication between the human and the execution engine. The application can be hosted in any android smartwatch and it can be connected, wirelessly, in the execution engine of the cell. Specifically, the smartwatch visualizes the in progress task, while it implements a virtual button that can be used by the worker in order to acknowledge the execution of a task. The LIAA smartwatch can be used in assembly stations where the human must operate in various positions inside the cell, and in cases where it is necessary to re-configure, human-machinery separation distance monitoring devices, remotely, such as laser scanners and light curtains.
