Summary
Factory2Fit Dynamic Worker Model includes multiple aspects of the worker characteristics, in order to support any workplace adaptations, ranging from physical to parametric adaptation, according to workers’ needs and preferences, increase their satisfaction and motivation, and by extension, productivity. The model includes the physical, sensorial and cognitive capabilities of the workers, their preferences as well as characteristics of their tasks. The model also includes the production system and environment where the workers are working.
