Summary
The aims of this exploitable result is to provide the mechanisms that will enable the intuitive human robot interaction in a direct as well as indirect way. Augmented Reality based operator support applications (providing process instructions and robot behaviour related notifications) will be coupled with human side interfaces on wearable devices such as smartwatches for supporting workers during the process. In addition, direct means of interaction through human posture / gesture recognition and haptic interfaces will allow the human to intervene in the execution and directly instruct the robot.
