Digital world model for Human Robot Collaborative operations


This result will be responsible for enabling the customizable digital representation of production systems, combining 3D representation of the environment with the semantic representation of shopfloor’s data in a unified data format. A Resource and Sensor Manager module will be responsible for subscribing new resources/sensors in the environment while accessing their provided information (status and location in the case of resources and raw data in the cases of the sensors). Combining this information, the shopfloor scene will be reconstructed providing rich information for the overall environment to the resources’ path and motion planners and thus resulting to collision free robot behaviour.
