Battery interconnection welding system integration demonstration

Battery interconnection welding system integration demonstration
Summary
To evaluate the performance of an integrated hybrid, pulsed-continuous wave (cw) laser platform, Welding Monitoring System (WMS), Digital Radiography (DR) and Eddy Current (EC) systems on real electrical battery terminals and compare with current joining technologies. This demonstration will comprise the following activities: 1. Acquisition of all sample materials required 2. Definition of demonstration activity. 3. Demonstration to Volkswagen (automotive end-user). 4. Demonstration to Consortium. 5. Documentation of test results.
