Summary

KASEM® Data Quality is a new tool for KASEM® (Knowledge and Advanced Service for E-Maintenance) which is developed, maintained, and improved by PREDICT. KASEM® is a web platform with a service-oriented architecture (SOA), integrating collaborative e-maintenance, engineering, proactive maintenance, decision-making and expertise tools. KASEM® is a toolbox of predictive technologies for global industrial performance, energy efficiency and production quality.
KASEM® Data Quality is based on historical data validation process which aims at verifying a normal production pattern and detecting bad behaviors or anomalies through an advance data quality inspection.

The Data Quality is processed in 2 steps:

  • A first quality filter is executed in real-time on data coming from machines,
  • data quality models are applicated to check against an historical database.

KASEM® Data Quality is a new, robust KASEM®  feature that complements the software platform's range of tools. KAQEM Data Quality can be embedded as close as possible to the machines to be made available to operators, or on remote workstations to serve maintenance or production teams.
