Control algorithm for minimisation of distortion

Summary
Algorithm to predict the behaviour of the part in function of the machining strategy. The inputs of the model are the distortion after the first machining steps and a parametric residual stress profile. The out-put of the model will be the parameter for the intelligent clampings described in 9.1.
