Summary
This asset contributes to the theoretical and conceptual framework of the notion of service-enhance product or product-service systems, especially when focusing com-plex and highly customized, long-duration, products, such as solar plants and intelli-gent buildings. A contribution to the clarification and formalization of the concept of business services in this context is made. Exemplary collections of business services enhancing solar power plants and intelligent buildings, and their brief characterization, are made. The concepts of multi-stakeholder based integrated services are also de-fined.
