Summary
ID-Gear Inspection is an automated inspection test bench which involves and improves all inspection procedures, allowing a comprehensive quality control and traceability of the components.
The system is based on the UT technology that allows the detection of small and complex defects thanks to the inspection strategy defined in the system.
The inspection is fully automated and the customed post-processing tool allows the operator to see the defects located in the component. The results are available for additional operations like defects classification, sizing, connection to the cloud,…
The procedure is defined following ISO & UNE standards, tailored to each user case. The inspection time is about 15 minutes for each component, that reduces up to 90% of the current inspection time.
