Summary
M-Rec provides new models for single and multi-robot energy-flow. The software is white-box (open source) and modular (each subcomponent can be changed without affecting other components). Results show a significant agreement with experimental data on the real robot. M-Rec predicts and optimizes the Energy Consumption of complex robotic processes, saving costs while keeping the same productivity and working quality. M-Rec is standalone and can be integrated with last generation Robot simulation tools, in particular it was demonstrated its integration with DELMIA Robotics, one of the most common robot simulation and offline programming tools used by large companies. Any mechatronic manufacturing system and/or robotic process can benefit of M-Rec.
