Summary
Precision ceramic knocker for high-end watches, being produced by micro powder injection molding. New ceramic material for existing metal components by use of Ceramic Injection Moulding has been develpoed. With conformal cooling, the geometrical deviation of the whole part part is about maximum 10 microns in comparison with its CAD model.
