In FLEXICAST project, we have considered two types of activities: -Internal Training courses -Seminar and conferences (dissemination) We interprete in this point only the trainings for a higher quality workforce. The number of training courses = 12 courses

Relevant for specifying these KPIs is the understanding of the what means training for higher quality workforce.

Option 1: Internal trainings of the project partners to qualify the workforce in using the ReCaM approach.

- Participants: 1 to 6

Option 2: External dissemination events to spread the ReCaM approach and qualify others to contribute or use the concept. This would result in training external workforce in innovative and efficient technology. Counted are only events mainly organized by ReCaM partners (no presentation on an external conference). Exapmles: presentations of the ReCaM approach or demonstrators in front of invited potential customers or partners. lectures at Tampere University covering besides other topics also the ReCaM approach
